About

Hi! My name is Lindsey. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have a breadth of experience working with individuals and families. I focus on family and relationship concerns. I also work with anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, behavior challenges, parting issues, sexual concerns, perinatal concerns, and overcoming social isolation. I view therapy is a growth process that allows individuals, couples, and families to reach greater potential. I work from predominately humanistic, systems, and attachment focuses. I utilize existential, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, relational living, emotionally focused, and Gottman perspectives in my work. I would be a good fit for someone who wants to gain perspective and wants to work with someone who recognizes change can take time. I tend to be supportive, and direct at times. I am licensed in the state of Virginia, Vermont, and Utah. Licensing in Maine is in progress. I see clients tele-health and private pay in all states. I see clients in-person in Virginia.
